Student paralysed and suffers serious brain damage
Head Injury lawyer, Mike Clarke, is currently representing a 19 year old student who suffered paraplegia and significant head injury when his bicycle crashed through road-side railings on a hill. He fell over 20ft onto the concrete surface below .
The claim is being brought on a No Win, No Fee basis against the local highway authority which had responsibility for maintaining the railings which his bike crashed through. The claim has a potential value of several million pounds.
